Pineapple is by far one of my favorite fruits, and mixed with blueberries just creates the perfect flavor.  So this is a nice spring/summer treat for a snack or even breakfast! 
 
 
Ingredients:
 
-1 to 1 1/2 cup low fat plain greek yogurt
-1/2 cup blueberries
-1/2 cup pineapple
-1/4 cup granola (I use the KIND brand)
-1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. raw honey (I use it from my own zip code)
-1 large pinch or sprinkle of unsweetened coconut shreds
-1 large pinch or sprinkle of cocao nibs
 
Directions:
 
Separate your ingredients based on how much you want per layer to your preference. From here, I will explain what I like, and what is done in the photos here.  
 
Layer greek yogurt, pineapple bits or chunks, yogurt, granola, honey, yogurt, blueberries, yogurt, pineapple, top with your cocao nibs and coconut shreds.
